What Praxys Labs is — and isn't
Praxys Labs is an educational platform. You learn by interacting with simulated markets. Praxys Labs does not place real-money trades, does not custody assets, and is not a registered broker, dealer, advisor, or fiduciary.
- Nothing on Praxys Labs is investment, legal, or tax advice.
- All prices, charts, and outcomes shown in lessons are simulated unless explicitly labeled "live data."
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One person per account. You must be 16+. If you're using Praxys Labs on behalf of a minor (16-18 in some regions), a guardian must agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't do the obvious bad things. Specifically:
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our lesson content for republication.
- Don't share an account or use Praxys Labs to harass other learners.
- Don't upload trade history that isn't yours.
- Don't attempt to circumvent the simulated environment to interact with live exchanges.
Subscriptions & billing
Free tier is genuinely free. Paid tiers renew monthly or annually until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Profile → Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Refunds
Within 14 days of your first paid charge, full refund, no questions asked. After that, prorated refunds for unused months on annual plans.
Intellectual property
Lessons, copy, code, and visual design belong to Praxys Labs. Your data — your uploads, your decisions, your scores — belongs to you. You grant us a license to use that data only as described in the Privacy Policy.
Risk disclosures
Real trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance — yours, ours, anyone's — does not predict future results. Skill in our simulator does not guarantee success in live markets.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make Praxys Labs educational and accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxys Labs is provided "as is" and we're not liable for losses you incur trading real money based on what you learned here. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You can delete your account any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll give you a heads-up unless the violation is severe enough that we can't.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Praxys Labs is incorporated. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction unless you have non-waivable consumer rights elsewhere.
